The PEOPLE

Each member of the JCI team (over 200 employees) is handpicked by the ownership and then trained to fulfill the specific needs of the operation and the client.

The LEADERSHIP

JCI was founded by the late Jacques Coquillot and his partner Frantz Desvarieux in 1999. Since 2008, JCI has been led by its President, Frantz Desvarieux, with over 40 years experience in the aviation industry and longstanding relationships in the aviation community. The operations at JCI have been led by its Director of Operations, Hervé Mouscardy, with over 20 years experience in the aviation management industry.
